Downgrading a subscription plan means moving a plan to a lower tier of service.
If you downgrade in the middle of a billing period, the account changes will take effect at the end of the period.
To downgrade your subscription plan, follow these steps:
Log in to your account.
From the top-right corner dropdown menu, select Account.
Click on the MANAGE PLAN button.
Select the plan to downgrade to and click on NEXT.
Read the impact of downgrading and click on CONTINUE to accept it.
And that's it! Your subscription plan is downgraded.
