In order to request an upgrade to the Enterprise Plan, follow these steps:
Log in to your account
From the right-hand side dropdown menu, access “Account Overview”
There, click on the “Upgrade Plan” button
If you’re on the Lite Plan, doing so will redirect you to the checkout, where you will be able to choose between the Pro and Enterprise plans. If you want to subscribe to the Enterprise Plan, select it and advance to the next step.
If you’re on the Pro Plan, clicking on the “Upgrade Plan” button from the “Account Overview” tab will send you directly to the next screen.
Here, you have 3 different options to formulate your upgrade request:
You can submit your phone number and request a call from us - to do so, simply follow the “Get a call” option
You can schedule a meeting with a sales representative - to do so, simply follow the “Schedule a meeting” option
You can send us a message detailing any information you might find relevant (e.g. how many targets you want to subscribe to) - to do so, simply follow the “Contact us” option
